We used Auscan recently to have our old hot water tank replaced with a new gas tankless hot water on demand system and to run a gas line for our new kitchen range. Lee was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and quick to deliver on his quote, setup an appointment to do an inspection prior to installation and then perform the work. I truly value that he delivered on everything he said he would do from installation date to how long it would take to complete the work and when we got our range delivered he was able to come over quickly to connect it so we could make dinner that night. Lee also helped us apply for our Hydro rebate for the installation of the energy efficient new system. Auscan has been a delight to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends - they are the only company I would use!

Next day after calling Auscan they replaced my hot water tank. They were $200-$300 less than quotes from other plumbing services in Nanaimo and no waiting list. Shawn how did installation was on time courteous and helpful about any questions. I highly recommend them.

We have a rental property that required a new hot water tank. Auscan came to the rescue w/ timely advice and recommendations on using a smaller, more efficient tank, as we really didn't need the larger size for the number of tenants occupying the space. Not only was the tank cheaper as a result, but our heating costs per month will be reduced by not having to heat a larger tank! Their assistance was prompt and appreciated. At the same time we were dealing w/ the water tank, we had issues w/ our dishwasher at our address. They offered a number of options to alleviate the problem. I highly recommend calling Auscan for all your plumbing needs!

My gas hot water heater packed it in on a Saturday. I called and left a message with AusCan Plumbing and my call was returned on a Sunday afternoon and I had a new tank installed on Monday. Super quick and professional service. I have required AusCan's services twice and would not hesitate to recommend them and will definitely call them should I ever need such services again.

Lee from Auscan Plumbing came out today to fix a problem with my Gas fire. I had called two companies last week and one didn't call me back and the one that did told me he would call me after he had done his scheduling but never did. I called Auscan and provided the details and he told me it would be this week when he could do the job and that he would contact me.Lee the owner contacted me over the weekend and told me possibly Monday 01 October he could do the job he also gave me a price based on the information I provided.Lee called me this morning and said he would come this afternoon which he did and completed the job efficiently and effectively, and the final bill was less than he quoted me needless to say I am extremely happy he will certainly get my business in the future. I highly recommend Lee and Auscan great service great price and fast turn around even though he had other projects on the go Kudos

Just had Auscan Plumbing install a new hot water tank in my condo. It went very smooth, the installer was courteous , knowledgeable and on time. The price was the same as I was quoted over the phone. I would recommend them to anyone

When life happens good people go above and beyond!The shower head arm in my en suite was leaking behind the tile. I immediately called Lee from Auscan plumbing and gas . Lee knew right away what the problem was. I was so great full that Lee managed to make my repair happen ASAP. I know that he was extremely busy but as quickly as he came and did the repair it made me feel like I was important. I so appreciate the above and beyond service I receive.I highly recommend Auscan plumbing and gasI like the confidence and quality of there work. I have piece of mind that my repair was top rate.

This is the second review I've given in regards Auscan Plumbing and Gas Ltd. in the last three years I have had the need to use their services four times . The most current was today for my 89 year old step father who had an issue with his gas furnace and was without heat.I called Lee yesterday and he did the service call today at Noon, he fixed the problem in one trip and even cleaned the operational parts of the furnace then went in every room to ensure that the system was fully functioning correctly before he left. He then called me to advise what had been done.I use Lee and his company because he is reliable, knowledgeable, honest and reasonably priced plus in my experience he has always gone that little bit above and beyond for me. I suspect he does the same for ALL his customers.I highly recommend Lee and his company Auscan Plumbing and Gas Ltd.

Auscan installed a wonderful boiler system in my renovated house for radiant heating and on-demand hot water--a great system and terrific service including yearly servicing. This is repeat business with Lee and he is a pleasure to deal with!
