Was very quick to do an estimate and did an awesome job of gas installation for getting our bbq from propane to gas. I have been putting this off for years and so happy we have done this as no more trips to the gas station. Would highly recommend this company as very quick and efficient and even gas inspector from the city commented on the great work. Very happy and highly recommend !!!!

Excellent service! Was very accommodating to meet on my schedule. All work was done while I was at work. Left everything nice and tidy. And price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Scott Dakin.

Had Scott and his team replace two sets of aging AC and heating units. The existing systems were over 20 years old and all the new plants required different venting etc. Very reasonable price. The work was done with great attention to detail and minimal disruption to our living arrangements for which we are very grateful. Top notch outfit and I highly recommend this company!

It was a pleasure meeting Scott and having him install our new gas furnace (with duct work), central air conditioning unit, gas hot water heater and the upgrade to kitchen and bathroom plumbing. Scotts quote for the work was very competitive and some companies would not necessarily have been qualified to do all the work Scott did. We basically hired him via word of mouth and weren"t disappointed. He is honest

I highly recommend Dakin Mechanical. Scott and his colleague were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They were willing to undertake a unique project that I needed completed ... installation of a heat exchange unit that extracts heat from the A/C return line and utilizes it to heat our swimming pool. As this was a new piece of equipment it required some research on their part to ensure that they installed it correctly. I am very happy with the result, and highly recommend Dakin Mechanical.
